Dispatch
We always try to get things out to you as quickly as we can. The nature of our office means that orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of the order being paid for, if it is possible to get your order to you sooner we will. But there are times when you may have to wait a little while for dispatch and we will try and let you know - but if not please be patient!
Royal Mail
Note: Most Royal Mail services that we use are un-traceable. Once goods have been handed over to Royal Mail (which we retain proof of) we have no way of tracing it. We cannot take any responsibility for any shipments lost by Royal Mail, we will however replace any items that have not arrived within 28 days of the dispatch date.
Royal Mail Parcels
- A cheap method of sending parcels with no disclosed time scale on delivery.
- 3+ Days from dispatch to delivery (no upper limit to transit duration).
- Non traceable.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
- Slightly more expensive then Parcels.
- 3+ Days from dispatch to delivery (no upper limit to transit duration).
- Non traceable.
Royal Mail 1st Class
- For quicker delivery.
- 1-2 Days from dispatch to delivery.
- Non traceable.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
- Expensive but fast and traceable.
- 1 Day from dispatch to deliver.
- Online tracking.
DHL
DHL service is fast and traceable online, in most cases we will even automatically email you tracking details and updates on your parcels progress.
DHL 24 HR
- Inexpensive for larger parcels.
- Delivery generally within 24hrs of dispatch.
- Parcels fully traceable
